You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account and the authentication tokens used by Cortanai.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
You understand that AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying emails, calendar invites, and document summaries generated by Cortanai before sending or acting upon them.
4. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cortanai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall Cortanai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
